So today was the last day I got to see my physics teacher. I still can’t believe she won’t be teaching at berkmar next year…it’s hard because I loved her like a child loves their mother. She’s always been there to give me an extra push whenever I needed it and its heartbreaking to think that I won’t be able to go up to her when things get tough in senior year. Our entire class felt like that so we held her a mini party in her room. It was going great until she started crying. She told us she loved us and then she gave us these little baggies. Inside was some smarties because she always tells us that we know more than we think we do. There was a bouncy ball because she always said that we’re young and we’ll always bounce back. There was a lifesaver because she said that she’s only an email away. And lastly, a Hershey’s Kiss because she loves us. After that we all started tearing up because we don’t want her to leave. I’ll miss you Mrs. Carter.
